Stop Waking Up With Low- to Mid-Back Pain
You ever wake up in the morning and feel like your low back is all stiff or there's a twinge in the mid back?
It may have to do with the all-night positioning of your rib cage.
The way we use our bodies changes their literal shape and, for many of us, this has resulted in excess curvature of the thoracic spine. Until that spine has lost its hyper and is just hanging out with its natural kyphosis, I recommend you consider bolstering up your head and shoulders to better meet yourself where you are. And, importantly, so you can stop waking up with low- or mid-back pain. :)
