How to Use this Practice
The Inner Dialogue practice can be applied to most things
Use it with body parts, illnesses, injuries, feeling states, dream characters, life situations (e.g., “lack of money,” or “miscarriage”), your actual children, your child self, your future self, your wild self, your scared self…it’s endless!
Anytime there is something that you just don’t understand or need more insight on, use this practice
You can ask about business decisions, deeply held desires, fears you have, relationship challenges, health issues and more
Allow what you learn to inform your deepest inner knowing
As you feel comfortable, take action on what you have received and see what unfolds in your life as a result
